POLYHEDRAVILLE DESIGN COMPETITION PAGE

VOTING UPDATE 4/17/12
It turns out that there were some issues with voting during the week.  When I polled the Creekside class as to who had voted, only 4 had voted.  That meant that 9 students didn't vote.  I'm not worried about the fact that they hadn't voted, but what I am worried about is that 25 votes had been tallied during the week.  With only 30 students total in both classes, that means that at least 4 of the votes cast were either by students voting more than once or were by people outside of our two classes.  In addition, a few students had difficulty viewing certain videos.  With these difficulties present in the original voting, I have decided to have a revote during class to be sure that we have no trouble with the voting. Each class will view the videos, and then students will have a private vote. I'm sorry for the difficulties and confusion.  Mr. Ciraulo

Welcome to the competition!  Each team has presented their design for our community, and now it's time to vote! The voting will take place between Friday, April 6, and Sunday, April15.  ONLY CURRENT 4th GRADE SAGE students may vote.  Each studnet is eligible to vote once.

To vote:
1.  Study the photographs of each presentation - you can click on each picture to enlarge it.
2.  Watch each video presentation.
3.  Decide which design is the overall best for our community.  Be sure to think about the different aspects of community planning that we've talked about.
4.  Vote for the design you think is the strongest.  (You may vote for your own.)
5.  You can follow the results throughout the week, by returning to this page to see how the new votes are affecting the outcome.
